Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Hotels have the cost of maintenance and repair of equipment: TV sets, headend, distribution components and other various systems. We offer to our clients SLA contracts in order to maintain equipment with efficiency, accompanied by acceptable price and conditions. These contracts also include inspection and control functionality by our service technicians.
